Here's a 7-day day-to-day itinerary for a sailing yacht holiday that starts and ends in Kavala, covering some of the best destinations in East Macedonia and Thrace.

Day 1: Kavala - Keramoti (10 nautical miles)

On the sixth day, sail to the Pangaion Hills, a mountain range located in eastern Macedonia and Thrace. The hills are covered in forests and are known for their stunning views and beautiful hiking trails. You can anchor at the base of the hills and take a hike to explore the beautiful scenery.

Day 7: Pangaion Hills - Kavala (20 nautical miles)
