Milna is just 2.5 nm from Hvar. The buoys long the town's coast all belong to a local restaurant, as do those in the bay to the west of the beach. Unfortunately this isn't an official buoy field. In fact, due to the large number of buoys in the bay, there is no space to anchor on the rocky ground. You are simply expected to dine in this particular restaurant – those who don't are asked to move on (the buoys are fiercely guarded).
