Sami Port

Situated on the east coast of Kefalonia, Sami is the island's second busiest port and it is very popular among tourists. The town's convenient location makes it an ideal starting point for exploring some of the island's popular attractions, while the many restaurants and tavernas around the town's beautiful harbor are a perfect place to enjoy the traditional Greek ambiance.

Facilities at the port are very limited, with public amenities and vending machines being the only services available.

The northernmost Greek island‚ Corfu‚ is situated in the Ionian Sea not far from Albania's shore. The island is the second-largest Greek island in the Ionian Sea with a total area of 590 km2. Because of its size‚ the island has a range of landscapes‚ including lofty mountains that gaze out over white sand beaches and a blue ocean. One of the prettiest and greenest Greek islands is Corfu. Corfu has always played an important strategic role‚ which has prompted the island to be heavily fortified. The island was ruled by the Venitian Republic for about four centuries‚ which produced several magnificent buildings. Since 2007‚ Corfu's charming old town has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Corfu is a great place to go on vacation because of its interesting combination of beautiful beaches‚ a rich cultural heritage‚ and historical buildings.
