The smallest of the three inhabited Elaphiti islands is the closest to Dubrovnik. Citizens refer to themselves as "Kalamotezer", a name that stems from the Greek word for fishing rod, kalamos. The anchoring bay near Čelo has a ferry port on the eastern side and a restaurant with quay on the western end.
