Manolis Tastes

In the centre of Lipsi village, not far from the church, Manolis serves up dishes that could only ever be prepared by local islanders themselves. Situated down a narrow lane, Manolis‘ restaurant celebrates traditional Greek cuisine with his own unique twist, serving dishes like apricot chicken, roast beef with vegetable sauce, and Lipsi lamb in a lemon sauce. The menu also features lobster spaghetti and a number of other pasta dishes, like mussels with penne or rigatoni with tuna.
