Excellent service
The Yacht Adria Mimi was perfect as expected from the pictures and available for early check in. Unfortunately the Adria Yachting office staff was not so friendly and customer service oriented. A customer first value is missing there.
After the first night one of the toilets leaked (sea water) and they forgot our beach towels and outdoor table lamp. However after some phone calls with the technical base manager they shipped the beach towels and table lamp by ferry to the next port on our route and organized a technician who repaired the toilet. The gas for cooking was very low but apparently this is the case with that model of gas stove. Therefore the operator were engaged to solve problems. So that's a head up. Otherwise the yacht was pretty new and met our expectations. We had the deposit insurance therefore check out was hassle free.

We had a lot of complications due to covid, but so far gotosailing support have been very helpful and made a great effort to help us out.

I had a charter for the first time ever and had only good experiences with Gotosailing.
They were very helpful even with questions that went beyond the actual topic, e.g. parking possibilities for car, insurance... Especially without any experience in the field of yacht charter, it was very reassuring to always be able to ask someone. Clear recommendation!
