Though only founded in 2009, the young winery has re-invigorated the island's vinicultural traditions, thanks to its broad investments. Its wine tastings are held in the elaborately renovated former Wine Co-operative Building, the oldest Dalmatian wine cellar, at the harbour of Bol. Open daily 23rd Mar. to 26th Oct., 10:00-23:00. In the high season, from 15th Jun. to 10th Sep., open 10:00-01:00. If booked in advance, wine tastings can be arranged for 4 persons & more at any time. There are 5 different tastings, from 15 to 40 Euros per person. The Stina Plavac mali and Pošip are the cellar's signature products, and wines of great structure and finesse. The cellar received numerous prices for quality of wine and design of label.
