The nightlife of Hvar Town, on the island of Hvar, is legendary. Hvar’s Riva is very popular on all sites, from the luxury yachts to the strolling tourist. It is always worth the climb up to the citadel, built by the Venetians, from which you can look out over the wonderfully preserved old town. In the high season you need to allow enough time to get a buoy or even a place at the quay. The town, along with the natural paradise of the Pakleni Islands situated opposite, is a unique destination for yachts – taxi boats leave from the ACI Marina Palmižana on the island of Sv. Klement to Hvar Town.
