In view of the harbour basin, in the left part of the town seen from the harbour, lies the bakery, conjuring up urban flair on Lipsi. On the terrace a large selection can be enjoyed from breakfast till evening: traditional cakes & specialities typical of the islands, like Pouggi, rolls, cakes, fresh juices, fruit salad, home-made ice cream with fresh ingredients - and 15 kinds of bread out of the wood-fired oven (e.g. Petromilos with stone-ground flour from Rhodos). This is where people meet up in the evening for an Ouzo from Samos or Chios. The owner’s family works round the clock in the bakery. Their own milk is delivered by their grandfather and made into cheese for the cakes. Open round the clock, WLAN.
