The à la carte restaurant Lotis is owned by a long-term resident family in Göcek and situated right on the promenade, opposite the city marina's pier further to the north. The terrace of the two-storied building offers a perfect view of the Göcek bay. Upstairs you will find an air-conditioned area which is perfect for groups. Pretty details characterize the building's architecture; Bonsai trees line the outside area. The open plan kitchen on the ground floor looking to the street gives you insights on how the well attuned team from Istanbul runs the kitchen. You may watch the team preparing the food starting from the sumptuous Turkish "Lotis Special Breakfast" with home-grown olives and home-made jam - you should allow for an hour as breakfast is served step by step. Further on, the kitchen prepares seafood stew, roast lamb shanks served with different sauces, Ottoman kebab, different steaks (served with mushroom, pepper or saffron-mustard sauce), fish, also fish fillet, if you prefer, as well as various pasta dishes, vegetable risotto and variations of starters and salads. Lotis also offers cakes and ice cream from the famous Turkish brand "Özsüt", freshly delivered daily from Izmir. Staff will arrange for take away and delivery to the boat which should be tied up in one of the marinas. In the evening hours you may enjoy chillout music together with one of the delicious cocktails prepared with imported liquors. WLAN and luggage deposit available for guests. Open throughout the year, during summer months reservations are strongly recommended.
