Directly on the Krijal harbour, the Konoba Maserine offers typically Dalmatian fare. Emphasis is placed here on tasteful gastronomy, provided in an airy, shaded ambience right beside the harbour basin and which one would not necessarily expect on an island like Premuda: octopus brodetto, prawn spaghetti, Carpaccio of octupus or tuna, lobster brodetto on pasta - and as a speciality Peka (of calamari, octopus, dentex fish, scorpion fish, lamb or goat), which one should order 2 hours ahead. The bread is baked under the Peka too. Desserts are traditional, such as the Croatian fritule, doughnut-like balls with brandy, citrus & raisins. Opened last week in May until mid-Sep.
