The lovingly restored 15th century building is located in the centre of north-east part of the old town. In the completely open plan-building, which resembles the original namesake, sophisticated contemporary Mediterranean cuisine is served on two levels by the new Chef Igor Obradović: Creamy leek and pea soup with shallot cream, scallops with apple, bacon and truffle, monkfish wrapped in bacon, typical Hvar Gregada, octopus peek, bolete mushroom ravioli with garlic sauce, Marinated pork belly in honey or Giandula hazelnut chocolate with orange mousse. Lunch is available from 12.00. Tasting menus with 5 courses are offered with and without wine accompaniment. The newly built cellar is a Night & Wine bar for exclusive evenings - until 5am. Restaurant and Night & Wine Bar are until 1.11. open.
